Privacy notice.
What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
Lundi is made by With Agency Method Ltd. This notice explains what happens to personal information you give us through this website. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to hello@lundi.page and we will explain it.

What we collect, and why
If you join the waiting list
When you fill in the form on this site we store four things, and nothing else.
| Your email address | So we can write to you when Lundi opens. This is the only thing we require. |
| Your name | Optional. So the email is addressed to you rather than to nobody. |
| Where you came from | The word "lundi.page", so we know which page the sign-up came from. |
| Your consent | A record that you ticked the box, and therefore that we are allowed to write to you. |
We do not collect your address, your phone number, your date of birth, or anything else. We do not buy lists, and we do not add anyone who has not asked to be added.
Our lawful basis
Consent. You gave it by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
What we will send you
One email, when the first edition opens in December, with the launch price. That is the whole plan. We are not running a newsletter. If that ever changes we will ask you first rather than assume.
How long we keep it
Until the first edition has opened and the launch email has been sent, and then no longer than three months after that. Sooner if you ask. Once deleted it is gone; we do not keep a copy.
If you use the planner
Lundi the app lives at app.lundi.page and is a separate thing from this website. It opens to customers in December 2026, and this section applies from then.
To have an account you give us an email address and a password. Everything else in your planner, what you write, plan, draw, tick and keep, belongs to you. We store it so that it is there when you open the app on another device, and so that it is still there next year.
Nobody at Lundi reads your planner. We do not analyse what you write, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell it, share it or hand it to advertisers. If you connect a calendar, we read your appointments so they can appear on your pages, and we never write anything back to it.
You can export everything you have written, and you can delete your account and everything in it, in one action, from inside the app.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of companies to run the site and the app. They process your information on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for anything of their own.

Some of these are based outside the United Kingdom. Where information is transferred abroad we rely on the safeguards the law provides for that, including the UK's international data transfer agreement or addendum.
Cookies
This site sets two kinds of cookie. The first are the ones Squarespace needs for the site to work at all, and they cannot be turned off. The second are analytics cookies, which tell us which pages people read and how they arrived, so we know whether any of this is working. Nothing follows you around the internet, we do not use advertising cookies, and nothing is sold.
You choose. The banner when you first arrive lets you accept both kinds or take only the essentials, and refusing is exactly as easy as agreeing. Nothing beyond the essential cookies is set until you have said yes, and you can change your mind at any time from the cookie preferences link at the foot of the page.
If we ever add anything beyond these two kinds, we will ask again rather than assume.
What you can ask us to do
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- have anything wrong corrected
- have it deleted
- ask us to stop using it, or to restrict how we use it
- receive it in a portable form, or have it sent to someone else
- object to us using it
- withdraw your consent at any time
Write to hello@lundi.page and we will do it. There is nothing to pay, and we will respond within one month. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not annoy us.
Children
Lundi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will remove them.
Decisions and profiling
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
If you are unhappy
Tell us first, at hello@lundi.page, and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, and you can do that without telling us first.
Changes to this notice
If we change it, we will change the date at the top. If the change is a significant one, and you are on the waiting list or have an account, we will tell you.
