Terms of sale.

What you are buying, what we promise, and how to get your money back.

These are the terms on which With Agency Method Ltd sells and provides Lundi. They form a contract between you and us, so they are worth reading, and they are written to be read rather than to be endured.

Last updated 9 September 2026. These terms apply to purchases made from the first edition opening in December 2026.

What Lundi is

Lundi is a planner you use in a web browser, and which you can add to the Home Screen of your phone or tablet so that it opens like an app. It is not sold through the App Store or Google Play, and you do not download anything.

It is designed for iPhone and iPad first and works in any modern browser. Handwriting with pressure and palm rejection is an iPad feature. Lundi needs an internet connection. There is no offline mode.

What you pay

Lundi is bought once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

First edition, first 100£29
First edition, next 400£39
Thereafter£59
Cover editions£3 to £5 each, optional, never required

Prices include VAT where it applies and are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details.

The launch prices are limited by number, not by date. Once the first hundred have been sold, the price becomes £39, and so on. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment you buy.

What "once" means

It means what it says. Every January a new edition of your planner opens, with a new cover, and the year you have finished becomes a spine on your shelf that you can still open. Every future edition is included. We will never charge you again for the planner you have bought.

Optional cover editions, designed by illustrators and released seasonally, are the only thing that costs extra, and the covers included with the planner will always be good enough that you never have to buy one.

Getting your money back

If Lundi is not for you, tell us within thirty days of buying it and we will refund you in full.

You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it. Write to hello@lundi.page and we will refund to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

This is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. As a consumer buying digital content you normally have fourteen days to change your mind, and by choosing to start using Lundi straight away you agree to it being provided immediately and accept that the statutory fourteen-day right ends at that point. Our thirty-day promise stands regardless, and nothing here affects your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

If you export or delete your planner and then ask for a refund, we can still refund you; we simply cannot give you back what you deleted.

What we promise

That Lundi will be as described on this site, that it will work with reasonable care and skill, and that we will keep it running and keep improving it.

We do not promise that it will never be unavailable. It sometimes will be, for maintenance or because something has gone wrong, and we will keep those times as short as we can. We do not promise it is free of every fault, because no software is.

If we ever have to stop running Lundi altogether, we will give you at least ninety days' notice, make sure you can export everything you have written, and refund anyone who bought within the previous twelve months.

What belongs to whom

What you write in your planner is yours. Your words, your plans, your handwriting, your photographs. We store them so they are there when you open the app, and that is all. We do not read them, analyse them, use them to train anything, or share them with anyone. You can export everything, and you can delete all of it in one action.

Lundi itself is ours: the software, the design, the words on this site, the covers and the name. Buying a planner gives you the right to use it, personally and for as long as it exists. It does not give you the right to copy it, resell it, share your account, or take it apart to build something similar.

Using it sensibly

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break the law, to harm somebody, or to attack or abuse the service. If we ever do that we will tell you why, and we will refund you unless the reason was serious.

The give-back

A share of every planner sold goes to an animal charity chosen by a vote inside the app each quarter, and we publish the receipts. It is a promise we intend to keep for as long as Lundi exists, and if we ever have to change how it works we will say so plainly rather than quietly stopping.

If something goes wrong

Tell us first, at hello@lundi.page. We are a small company and we would much rather fix something than argue about it.

We are responsible for loss that we cause and that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since Lundi is sold for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Whatever else these terms say, we will not be liable for more than the amount you paid us.

None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer. If you want to know what those are, Citizens Advice can tell you.

Changes

We may change these terms, for example if the law changes or if Lundi changes. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and if the change matters to you we will tell you by email. Changes never apply retrospectively to something you have already bought.

The legal bit at the end

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy notice.
